Island Tour (starting west Samos)

This is full day island tour offered to guests from the areas of Karlovassi and Votsalakia . Guests from Karlovasi may be transferred by taxi to meet the bus coming from votsalakia at the crossroad to agii theodori.

ITINERARY

Stop in Koumeika , stop in an oil producing factory

Stop in Koumaradei at a Pottery shop , watch a small demonstration on ceramics .

Guided tour of the Monastery of Timios Stavros or Megali Panagia .

Stop at the HERA temple . English guiding with translation will be offered inside the site if there is a participation of more than 20 pax . Entrance is not possible on Tuesdays.

Stop in Pythagorion, the main tourist resort on the island and lunch (lunch not included in the price).

Continue to a winery outside the village of Kondeika to learn the secrets of samos wine culture and have a small wine tasting at the end .

Return to the hotels.
